Незважаючи не те, що вище згаданий суб’єкт введено у кримінальний процес України нещодавно, порівняно з іншими суб’єктами , проте він відіграє вагому роль. One of the components of criminal proceedings is the institution of an investigating judge. It was introduced into the criminal process of our state relatively recently, but over the years of its existence it has already made some achievements. The institution of the investigating judge is a novelty in Ukraine and throughout the post-Soviet space.
