З урахуванням положень чинного сімейного законодавства України в статті розглянуто особливості конструкції сімейно-правового договору. Проведено класифікацію сімейних договорів, які можуть укладатися між фізичними особами-суб’єктами сімейних правовідносин виходячи з положень норм Сімейного кодексу України. The article defines the essence of the family law contract, its purpose, analyzes the features of the contractual regulation of family disputes. Taking into account the provisions of the current family legislation of Ukraine, the article considers the peculiarities of the construction of the family law agreement.
