В статті надано характеристику принципів діяльності прокурора у кримінальному процесі Франції, розглянуто основні способи оскарження вироків, що передбачені Кримінальним процесуальним кодексом Франції. Здійснено аналіз основних понять, що застосовуються в законодавстві щодо принципів діяльності прокуратури. Зроблено аналіз процесуальних відносин органів виконавчої влади та судової при співробітництві під час кримінального провадження. The article examines the main principles of the prosecutor's activity in the criminal process of France, examines the historical aspect of the development of the prosecutor's office, analyzes the criminal procedural legislation of France.
