Розглядаються передумови виходу мистецтва у публічний простір, основні алгоритми взаємодії з оточуючим середовищем. Сommunity art розглядається як складова public art, яка вирізняється обовязковою залученістю громад. В статье исследуется явление community art, которое выступает средством воздействия на сообщества и формирования гражданского общества через художественные практики. Рассматриваются предпосылки выхода искусства в публичное пространство, основные алгоритмы взаимодействия с окружающей средой. Сommunity art рассматривается как составляющая public art, которая отличается обязательным вовлеченностью сообществ. Community art is one of the means of forming a civil society, which translates ideas and socio-political views of citizens, their participation in the processes of urbanization, the method of organizing cooperation and achievement of mutual understanding. Community art involves access and participation, which is based on the culture of participation and participation of democracy. Since industrial capitalism originated the alienation of an artist from artistic work, at the same time, the alienation of art from the community was also progressing. Today we are returning to the idea of concrete participation of citizens in the creation of community art objects.
