Сформувати надійне підґрунтя регламентації даного процесу дозволяють цілий ряд міжнародних нормативних положень, які доповнюють одне одного і забезпечують узгоджену діяльність між всіма суб’єктами ринку фінансових послуг. В роботі більш детально проаналізовано ключові моменти Директиви MiFID та її останніх версій, що присвячені удосконаленню діяльності європейського фінансового ринку в напрямках його структури, транспарентності, безпеки інвесторів, внутрішнього і зовнішнього контролю. Establishing a system of consumer interest protection in the financial services market involves a comprehensive process of updating financial knowledge under the influence of environmental factors in terms of access to financial products and services and the ability to solve financial problems freely. A number of international regulations are in place to form a sound basis for the regulation of this process, which complement each other and ensure concerted activity between all actors in the financial services market.
