У першій частині «Математичне підґрунтя реформування національної системи фінансового моніторингу на основі інтелектуального аналізу даних» викладено науково-методичний підхід до цінювання ризику використання фінансовими установами коштів, отриманих незаконним шляхом, з використанням засад економіко-математичного моделювання нейронних мереж, здійснено кластерний та біфуркаційний аналіз ризиків участі фінансових установ в протидії легалізації коштів та гравітаційне моделювання ризику легалізації кримінальних доходів. У другій частині «Розробка прототипу інформаційної системи фінансового моніторингу» зосереджено увагу на розробці бізнес-моделей основних процесів фінансового моніторингу суб’єктів первинного моніторингу, алгоритмів автоматизованого фінансового моніторингу, структури бази даних та інтерфейсів прототипу інформаційної системи фінансового моніторингу. У третій частині розкривається методологічне підґрунтя реформування національної системи фінансового моніторингу The monograph consists of three parts. The first part "Mathematical basis for reforming the national system of financial monitoring based on data mining" outlines a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the risk of financial institutions using funds obtained illegally, using the principles of economic and mathematical modeling of neural networks, cluster and bifurcation risk analysis participation of financial institutions in counteracting money laundering and gravitational modeling of the risk of money laundering. The second part of "Development of a prototype of the financial monitoring information system" focuses on the development of business models of the main processes of financial monitoring of primary monitoring entities, automated financial monitoring algorithms, database structure and interfaces of the prototype of the financial monitoring information system.
