Це зумовлено тим, що у зв‘язку із порушенням права інтелектуальної власності у мережі Інтернет, специфічності та особливостей набуває саме відновлення такого порушеного права. На сьогоднішній день актуальним та болючим залишається питання щодо порушень у сфері інтелектуальної власності в мережі Інтернет, зважаючи на відсутність чіткого алгоритму, який би доводив факт порушення такого права, а також – типового способу встановлення особи-порушника. In the era of scientific and technological progress, as well as the accessibility of social media and the spread of information technologies at high speed, the issue of securing the ownership of photographic works on the Internet deserves special attention. This is due to the fact that in connection with the infringement of intellectual property rights on the Internet, the specificity and peculiarities of the acquisition of such violated right.
