Проблематика закріплення та врегулювання даного терміну існує не лише в Україні, а й у багатьох країнах світу. Це спричинено відносною новизною аналізованого терміну та відсутністю достатнього нормативно-правового регулювання правового режиму «ноу-хау» та його захисту. In the context of the development of intellectual property rights and the extension of such a category in the domestic legislation as "know-how", the study of the legal and doctrinal basis of foreign countries is relevant. The problem of securing and regulating this term exists not only in Ukraine but also in many countries of the world.
