Авторами підкреслено, що у Конституції П. Орлика 1710 р., Конституції УНР від 29 квітня 1918 р., Законах про тимчасовий державний устрій України, Декларації Директорії УНР, нормативно-правових актахсучасної України державна незалежність України, її територіальна цілісність, непорушність кордонів становили напрями державної політики у тісному і закономірному взаємозв’язку із проголошенням непорушності основних прав і свобод людини, але без забезпечення їх гарантій з боку держави. Ensuring human rights in Ukraine under the present conditions is impossible without taking into account historical experience in the form of constitutional and legal practice of their assertion. The authors emphasized that the Constitution of P. Orlyk of 1710, the Constitution of the UNR of April 29, 1918, the Laws on the Temporary State System of Ukraine, the Declaration of the Directory of the UNR, the normative legal acts of modern Ukraine, the state independence of Ukraine, its territorial integrity, inviolability of borders public policy in close and regular relationship with the proclamation of inviolability of fundamental human rights and freedoms, but without providing their guarantees by the state. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
