Тому у статті розглядаються саме постанови Верховного Суду, адже він є судом найвищої інстанції в Україні і інші суди мають брати до уваги його рішення у подібних спорах. Зокрема, до підстав розірвання договору або визнання його недійсним судова практика відносить невиконання умов договору набувачем. Це є найпоширенішою підставою звернення до суду з позовами про розірвання спадкового договору. The article reveals the concept of hereditary contract, its features and termination. That is why the article deals with Supreme Court rulings, as it is the highest court in Ukraine and other courts have to take into account its decisions in such disputes. In particular, the court practice refers to the grounds for termination of the contract or invalidation of the contract by the acquirer.
