The article is devoted to the study of various aspects of organizational and legal framework activities of the government of Hetman P. Skoropadsky in the field of domestic trade. Identified priority vectors of financial and economic policy during the crisis of state formation, in the difficult conditions of the Brest-Lithuania commitments.
