Проаналізовано зарубіжне та вітчизняне нормативно-правове регулювання скла­дання консолідованої фінансової звітності. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз особливостей консолідації в Україні та в країнах Європей­ського Союзу. Охарактеризовано етапи складання материнським підприємством консолідованої фінансової звітності. Зазна­чено інформацію щодо появи такого нового звіту в Україні, як консолідований звіт з управління, який суб’єкти господарювання будуть складати вперше за 2018 р. Відо­бражено основні вимоги до складання консо­лідованої фінансової звітності. Висвітлено основні проблеми формування консолідова­ної фінансової звітності в Україні. На основі досліджених проблем надано пропозиції щодо напрямів удосконалення складання консолі­дованої фінансової звітності в Україні. The history of consolidated financial reporting in foreign countries and its peculiarities of occurrence in each of them are covered. The foreign and domestic normative and legal regulation of compilation of consolidated financial statements is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the peculiarities of consolidation in Ukraine and in the European Union countries is carried out. The stages of compilation of the consolidated financial statements by the parent company are described. Information on the appearance of such a new report in Ukraine as the consolidated management report, which the entities will compile for the first time in 2018, is indicated. The main requirements for the preparation of consolidated financial statements are disclosed. The main problems of formation of consolidated financial reporting in Ukraine are highlighted.
