Автором дослідженні особливості національного правового регулювання сфери безмитної торгівлі аналізу поняття режиму безмитної торгівлі, законодавчих особливостей застосування правової термінології щодо порядку реалізації товарів у магазинах безмитної торгівлі вказують на наявність суперечностей та неузгодженостей у формулюваннях відповідних положень статей Митного кодексу України. This article aims to study the features of national legal regulation in the field of duty-free trade analysis of the concept of duty-free trade regime, legislative features of the use of legal terminology on the order of sale of goods in duty-free shops, and also suggests ways to improve the system of legal regulation in this area.
