Наведено специфіку державного фінансового нагляду (контролю) у сфері ринку інвестиційних послуг, визначено його завдання. Ідентифіковано складові системи фінансового нагляду (контролю), що включають об’єкти, суб’єкти, суб’єкти під наглядом (контролем), предмет і контрольні заходи. Розглянуто критерії, за якими оцінюється ступінь ризику від провадження господарської діяльності у сфері ринку інвестиційних послуг та визначається періодичність проведення планових заходів державного нагляду (контролю) Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері ринків фінансових послуг. Запропоновано систематизацію ризиків у сфері ринку інвестиційних послуг і узагальнену блок-схему процесу управління цими ризиками. The article defines the nature of investment services and their attribution to those that correspond to the characteristics of investment from the permitted list of financial services in Ukraine. The specifics of state financial supervision (control) in the sphere of investment services market are given, its tasks are defined. The components of financial supervision (control) systems, including entities, entities, entities under supervision (control), subject matter and control measures, have been identified. The criteria by which the degree of risk from conducting economic activity in the sphere of the investment services market is evaluated and the frequency of carrying out planned measures of state supervision (control) by the National Commission that implements state regulation in the sphere of financial services are considered.
