Наявність вищезазначених проблемних аспектів потребує удосконалення, оптимізації та прискорення порядку розпорядження майном, що перейшло у власність держави за порушення митного законодавства. Також, необхідним є розроблення механізму відбору суб’єктів господарювання, що залучаються митницями до здійснення окремих операцій з майном. It is determined that in spite of a considerable number of legal acts regulating the issue of the disposal of property that becomes state property for violation of customs legislation, in practice quite often situations arise that require separate regulation. The presence of the aforementioned problematic aspects requires improvement, optimization and acceleration of the order of disposal of property, which became the property of the state for violation of customs legislation.
