Визначено особливість діяльності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та види додаткових послуг. Запропоновано за кожним центром надання послуг організувати обліковий процес таким чином, щоб реєстрація господарських операцій здійснювалася за кожним структурним підрозділом з метою прискорення руху первинних документів та мінімізації витрат часу. Запропоновано використання графіку документообігу підприємства. The analysis of world tendencies in the hotel and restaurant business industry is carried out. The difference between the hotel business and restaurant business is established. The interpretation of hotel service is formulated. The peculiarity of the activity of hotel and restaurant business enterprises and types of additional services are determined. It is proposed to organize the accounting process for each service center in such a way that the registration of business transactions is carried out for each structural unit in order to speed up the movement of primary documents and minimize time.
