The principle of the vibrator is investigated on the example of the technological line of glass production. The purpose of the work: to increase the productivity of the feeder through the modernization of the vibrator. A literary-patent review was carried out, deficiencies were identified and a useful model of a distorted vibrator was proposed, and a patent application was filed. Parametric and kinematic strength calculations have been made and the design efficiency has been confirmed by simulation in the ANSYS system and Fortran programming language, which confirms the expediency and effectiveness of this upgrade.
