Предметом дослідження є математична модель, температурні режими процесу у камері горіння та синтез системи керування процесом. У дипломному проекті досліджено технологічний процесу випалювання вуглецевих виробів. Проведено математичне моделювання процесу випалювання вуглецевих виробів на базі моделі з розподіленими параметрами. На базі розробленої математичної моделі проведено дослідження роботи багатокамерної печі при різних температурних режимах роботи об’єкта. Проведено аналіз існуючих систем керування та запропоновано 2 способи керування технологічним процесом. Проведено дослідження запропонованих алгоритмів та описано переваги та недоліки кожного з них. The graduate bachelor's degree project includes the study of the process of burning out carbon products, its mathematical modeling, the study of temperature regimes of the process, the synthesis of the control system for the process of firing carbon products from the PID- and MРС-regulators, and compares the data of control systems, and is drawn up in a note of 83 pages. Explanatory note contains 32 drawings, 1 table, and 18 literary sources. The object of the study of the diploma project is the process of burning carbon products. The subject of the study is the mathematical model, temperature regimes of the process in the combustion chamber and the synthesis of the process control system. The diploma project explores the technological process of burning carbon products. The mathematical modeling of the carbonaceous firing process on the basis of a model with distributed parameters was carried out. On the basis of the developed mathematical model, research was carried out on the operation of a multi-chamber furnace under various temperature conditions of the object's operation. The analysis of existing control systems is carried out and 2 ways of controlling the technological process are proposed.
