Виділено ціннісні домінанти, навколо яких вибудовується життя під час і після травми, та визначено ландшафти життєтворення, характерні для жінок і чоловіків, представників різних вікових груп. Розглянуто можливості досягнення психологічного благополуччя в травматичний і посттравматичний періоди та стратегії травмочутливого соціально-психологічного супроводу. The monograph is devoted to the peculiarities of one's own life-designing after the trauma. The impact of military injuries and injuries related to the COVID-19 pandemic on changes in human life is investigated, the peculiarities of a person`s understanding of his/her own past, present, and future. The value dominants around which life is built during and after the injury are highlighted. The landscapes of life creation, characteristic for women and men, representatives of different age groups, are determined. Possibilities of achieving psychological well-being in traumatic and post-traumatic periods and strategies of traumatic sensitive socio-psychological support are considered.
