Description

«Аналіз провідного вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду щодо оцінювання якості вищої освіти в умовах євроінтеграції: аналітичні матеріали» підготовлено за результатами виконання наукового дослідження за темою «Механізми оцінювання якості вищої освіти в умовах євроінтеграції» колективом учених відділу політики і врядування у вищій освіті Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України. У роботі осмислено вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід оцінювання якості вищої освіти, охарактеризовано теоретичні та практичні засади впровадження механізмів оцінювання якості вищої освіти як складової забезпечення і вдосконалення якості вищої освіти в умовах європейської інтеграції та світової глобалізації. Здійснено системну класифікацію механізмів оцінювання якості вищої освіти, узагальнено критерії і показники щодо їх створення. Обґрунтовано засади ефективної політики і стратегії розбудови системи забезпечення та вдосконалення якості вищої освіти і трансформації управління вищою освітою в контексті формування лідерської культури конкурентоспроможної якості вищої освіти в Україні. Видання буде корисним для викладачів, дослідників, керівників і здобувачів вищої освіти, а також інших осіб, які цікавляться модернізацією цієї освітньої ланки. "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience in quality assessment of higher education in the context of European integration: analytical materials" prepared by the results of research on the topic "Mechanisms for quality assessment higher education in the context of European integration "by a team of scientists from the Department of Politics and Government in higher education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The work is meaningful domestic and foreign experience in assessing the quality of higher education, characterized by theoretical and practical principles of implementation of mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education as a component ensuring and improving the quality of higher education in the context of European integration and A systematic classification of quality assessment mechanisms has been carried out higher education, generalized criteria and indicators for their creation. The principles are substantiated effective policies and strategies for building a quality assurance and improvement system higher education and the transformation of higher education management in the context of formation leadership culture of competitive quality of higher education in Ukraine. The publication will be useful for teachers, researchers, leaders and applicants higher education, as well as other persons interested in the modernization of this educational unit.
