Психологічне здоров'я презентує гармонійний тілесно-душевно-духовний стан особистості, основою якого є баланс між внутрішніми процесами (духовними, соціальними, емоційними, вольовими, інтелектуальними, соматичними), між людиною та світом. Основні функції психологічного здоров'я: конструктивний розвиток особистості й підтримка динамічного балансу між людиною й середовищем, що вимагає мобілізації особистісних ресурсів, адаптаційних можливостей, актуалізації духовного потенціалу. Психологічне здоров'я є підґрунтям психологічного імунітету людини й зумовлює конструктивність особистісного розвитку. Структура психологічного здоров'я представлена духовно-cмисловим, соціально-особистісним, індивідуально-психологічним та психосоматичним компонентами. The purpose of the section of the manual is to reveal within the psychological discourse the essence of the phenomenon of psychological health as a prerequisite for constructive personal development of the teacher. The psychological health which presents a harmonious physical, mental and spiritual state of the personality. The psychological health is based on the balance between internal processes (spiritual, social, emotional, volitional, intellectual, somatic), between human and the world. The main functions of psychological health are: the constructive development of personality and maintaining a dynamic balance between man and the environment, which requires a mobilization of personal resources, adaptive capabilities and actualization of spiritual potential. The psychological health is the basis of psychological immunity and determines the constructiveness of personality’s development.
