The scientific publication is the result of the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical Internet conference with the international participation of partners from Canada and France "Organizational and practical principles of development of digital educational space of educational institutions." The materials contain research by scientists and practitioners on the following issues: theoretical and methodological foundations of e-didactics in an open university of postgraduate education; the role of openness in promoting educational innovations and transforming the education system of Ukraine; the use of ICT in the educational process in the context of global quarantine in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic;the latest dangers in the Internet space; theory and practice of methodical systems of e-learning; experience of introduction of innovative forms, interactive technologies, modern systems of management of educational resources in educational activity of educational institutions; the practice of using cloud technologies in the management of a digital educational institution.The proposed publication will be useful in organizing the introduction of distance learning technologies in the educational process, for research of undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, researchers and teachers of educational institutions of all levels.
