The training manual examines the theoretical and methodological principles of combat horting as a means of physical education and rehabilitation of children, youth and adults, the peculiarities of teaching combat horting in educational institutions. Based on the results of scientific research, recommendations are provided regarding the introduction of health-preserving technologies of combat horting as a national professional applied sport of Ukraine into the educational process.
