Визначено, що розвиток соціальної сфери безпосередньо пов'язаний з фіскальним механізмом і вдосконалення обох сфер має здійснюватися послідовно. Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності створення адекватного фіскального механізму, що максимально враховуватиме сучасні тенденції розвитку соціально-економічних процесів. It is noted that the fiscal mechanism plays an important role in creating conditions for the effective functioning of the social sphere, because with the help of fiscal instruments the budget receives sufficient funds to meet state and social needs. It is determined that the development of the social sphere is directly related to the fiscal mechanism and the improvement of both spheres should be carried out consistently.
