Розглянуті існуючі аргументи за і проти зміни моделі адміністративного судочинства України. Доведено, що відокремлена спеціалізована система адміністративних судів найбільш прийнятна для України і відповідає міжнародним стандартам правосуддя. В результаті статистичного аналізу показано, що вона успішно справляється з поставленими перед нею завданнями. The article is devoted to the issues of optimizing the activity of administrative courts of Ukraine in the light of the ongoing judicial reform. The existing arguments for and against changing the model of administrative justice in Ukraine are considered. It is proved that the separate specialized system of administrative courts is the most acceptable to Ukraine and meets international standards of justice.
