В умовах динамічного впровадження новітніх технологій у галузі розрахунків початок історії розвитку сучасних електронних платіжних інструментів умовно можна пов’язати зі створенням Лондонської розрахункової палати в 1775 році у Великій Британії та подальшим активним використанням у розрахунках векселів і чеків, а також інших платіжних документів шляхом заліку взаємних вимог. The article analyzes the evolution of the use of electronic payment instruments from the standpoint of financial law.
