Зауважено, що Україною ратифіковано низку нормативно-правових актів, в яких закріплено окремі положення щодо права дитини на вільне висловлення своїх думок, а також права на свободу пошуку, одержання і передавання інформації та ідей будь-якого роду незалежно від кордонів в усній, письмовій чи друкованій формі, у формі творів мистецтва чи за допомогою інших засобів на вибір дитини. The article is devoted to the analysis of normative legal acts, which enshrine the child's right to free expression of opinion and information. It is noted that Ukraine has ratified a number of legal acts, which enshrine certain provisions on the right of the child to freely express their views, as well as the right to freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of any kind, regardless of borders orally, in writing or in printed form, in the form of works of art or by other means of the child's choice. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
