Констатується, що відібрані по даній категорії справ пояснення можуть вважатися доказами навіть і тоді, коли вони отримані до внесення даних в ЄДРДР та відбирати їх можуть всі суб’єкти, захисник та оперативні підрозділи. The article is devoted to the procedural definition of explanations of persons and the peculiarities of obtaining explanations of persons in the investigation of criminal offenses.
