Integration of the theory of threatened egotism and ethical climate theory, this study’s objective was to examine the mediating mechanism of workplace incivility between dark triad (Narcissism, Psychopathy and Machiavellianism) and counterproductive work behaviors with the sample from public sector (judiciary) institution.
