В статті розглянуто історичне підґрунтя питання, щодо створення спеціалізованого суду з питань інтелектуальної власності в Україні, а також правих системи в сфері захисту прав інтелектуальної власності Великобританії і США, проведений аналіз та розгляд нині діючих судових систем – з розгляду цивільних і кримінальних справ в сфері інтелектуальної власності, процесуальну діяльність органів патентної юрисдикції Англії та Уельсу, види спеціалізованих судів та їхні унікальні особливості процесуальної діяльності. The article is devoted to the comparative characteristics of specialized courts for the protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine and developed foreign countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States.
