Досягнення системності як індикатора антикорупційної політики базується на одночасній конструктивній корекції всіх компонент національної системи, які мають істотний вплив на продуктивність процесів запобігання корупції. The article states that the systematic implementation of anti-corruption measures is axiomatically recognized as a key guarantee of the effectiveness of anti-corruption activities at all levels of its functioning and is a determining factor in the real reduction of corruption in the functioning of the state in a strategic sense.
