Наголошується на потребі встановлення основних історичних подій, що слугували передумовами для розбудови національної системи економічної безпеки та тих, які, у відповідні періоди, вплинули на її вдосконалення. The article is devoted to the study of the development of national legislation to ensure the functioning of the economic security system of Ukraine during the period of independence. Emphasis is placed on the need and expediency of acquaintance and analysis of key regulations of different legal force, which are directly or indirectly related to the economic component of state security.
