У роботі було зазначено історичні аспекти становлення прокуратури. Також була досліджена та висвітлена проблематика реорганізації органів прокуратури стосовно її діяльності у військовій сфері, що знаходить свій вияв у ліквідації військових прокуратур. Прокуратура Україна є єдиною централізованою системою, на яку покладено виконання функцій, спрямованих на забезпечення законності. Порядок виконання цих функцій має чітко відповідати закону та основним засадам діяльності органів прокуратури. Роль прокуратури є надзвичайно великою, бо вона є дієвим інструментом зміцнення режиму законності, що обумовлював розвиток правової держави. The article is devoted to the activities of the prosecutor's office in the military sphere. It was noted in the work historical aspects of the formation of the prosecutor's office. The issues were also researched and covered reorganization of the prosecutor's office in relation to its activities in the military sphere, which finds its own manifestation in the liquidation of military prosecutors. The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine is the only centralized one the system entrusted with the performance of functions aimed at ensuring legality. The procedure for performing these functions must clearly comply with the law and the basic principles of activity prosecutor's offices.
