На підставі проведеного дослідження визначено особливості розвитку саморегулювання на території України у різні історичні періоди. Охарактеризовано передумови становлення інституту саморегулювання у сфері господарювання та професійної діяльності. Визначено, що саморегулювання було притаманним суспільству ще з початку зародження первинних форм ведення спільної справи. The article examines the historical and legal preconditions for the formation of self-regulation in Ukraine and other countries. On the basis of the conducted research the peculiarities of the development of self-regulation on the territory of Ukraine in different historical periods are determined. The preconditions for the formation of the institution of self-regulation in the field of management and professional activity are described.
