Дана тематика становить інтерес не тільки з наукової, але і з практичної точки зору, що обумовлює необхідність детальної, ґрунтовної правової регламентації праці медичних працівників та більш уважного ставлення законодавця до цієї сфери. Актуальність теми обумовлена роллю медичних працівників в реалізації права кожної людини на охорону здоров'я, гарантованого ст. 49 Конституції України. The article describes the regulations governing the employment of medical workers, identified the role of the employment contract in the regulation of their work, analyzed the legal status of the medical worker as a subject of labor relations, and identified a set of problems that arise in health care workers in the performance of their duties. This topic is of interest not only from a scientific but also from a practical point of view, which necessitates detailed, thorough legal regulation of the work of medical workers and a more careful attitude of the legislator to this area. The urgency of the topic is due to the role of health professionals in the realization of the right of everyone to health care, guaranteed by Art. 49 of the Constitution of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
