В результаті звернення до комплексного тлумачення окремих нормативних актів та судових рішень було досліджено зокрема ступінь правової невизначеності, що існує разом з таким термінологічним поняттям як «Житло, право користування яким мають діти». The article is devoted to topical issues of concluding mortgage agreements, according to which a mortgage is transferred to a mortgage, the right to use which has minor children, and the study of problematic issues of further foreclosure on such housing.
