Актуальність окресленого в статті питання обумовлена проведенням медичної реформи системи охорони здоров’я й необхідністю належного забезпечення гарантованого Конституцією права на охорону здоров’я. У статті розмежовано поняття охорони та захисту. The article is devoted to the formulation of the author's definition of the concept of health care as an object of administrative and legal support with further definition of its features. The urgency of the issue outlined in the article is due to the medical reform of the health care system and the need to properly ensure the constitutionally guaranteed right to health care.
