Без впровадження інновацій жодна організація не зможе гідно конкурувати на ринку. В сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу інновації спрямовані на зміни в технології виробництва, зміни в маркетингу, зміни в управлінні персоналом, зміни в організаційних структурах. На думку багатьох дослідників, пріоритетним напрямком реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів промислових підприємств є сфера управління організацією. Керівництво підприємств розуміє доцільність реінжинірингових заходів та помаксимуму використовує для цього адміністративні та організаційні важелі. Питання високого рівня конкурентоздатності організації повинно бути на контролі керівництва в процесі впровадження внутрішньої трансформації та реінжинірингових процесів. This article examines the feasibility of reengineering business processes of industrial enterprises, its impact on competitiveness and the position of the organization in the market of industrial products. Without the introduction of innovations, no organization will be able to compete with dignity in the market. In modern business conditions, innovations are aimed at changes in production technology, changes in marketing, changes in personnel management, changes in organizational structures. According to many researchers, the priority of business process reengineering of industrial enterprises is the field of organization management. The management of enterprises understands the expediency of reengineering measures and makes maximum use of administrative and organizational levers.
