Саме тому метою зазначеної статті є аналіз самого поняття фінансової системи та її складових, а також дослідження впливу на неї відповідних адміністративно-правових засад. The concept of "financial system" is absent both in scientific sources and in current legislation. The issue of the financial system has already been the subject of research by some scholars. However, the analysis of their work shows that the administrative and legal aspect of the financial system is revealed only in part.
