Крім того, здійснено правовий аналіз та порівняння норм законодавства у сфері сурогатного материнства у таких зарубіжних країн як Білорусь, Казахстан, Чехія, Ізраїль, Швеція, Голландія, Нігерія, Фінляндія, деяких штатів США. Виокремлено основні правові казуси, що виникають в Україні під час та після проведення процедури сурогатного материнства, їх причини та наслідки. The article is devoted to the study of the legislation of Ukraine regulating the procedure of surrogacy and the main legal gaps in this area. In addition, legal analysis and comparison of surrogacy legislation in foreign countries such as Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Israel, Sweden, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Finland, some US states.
