У процесі дослідження визначено систему суб’єктів адміністративно-правової охорони права інтелектуальної власності у сфері наукової діяльності в Україні, з’ясовано низку державних органів, що відносяться до загальної та спеціальної юрисдикцій у даній системі, адже стан дотримання права інтелектуальної власності у сфері наукової діяльності залежить саме від ефективності діяльності органів державної влади, одним із основних завдань яких є охорона такого права. This article provides a comprehensive analysis and generalization of the available scientific and theoretical material and the formulation of relevant conclusions on the system of subjects of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property rights in the field of scientific activity. In the course of the research the system of subjects of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property rights in the field of scientific activity in Ukraine is determined, a number of state bodies belonging to general and special jurisdictions in this system are clarified, as the state of observance of intellectual property rights in scientific activity depends on the effectiveness of public authorities, one of the main tasks of which is to protect such a right. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
