The quality of communication, the author, is offered to understand the interaction between the subjects, first of all, in terms of sharing the necessary information. The preconditions for the implementation of quality communications, according to the author, are the regulatory regulation of interaction, methodological and organizational-technical conditions. The author states that there is no current normative document regulating the procedure of communications between the subjects, no methodological and organizational and technical preconditions are created, which is reflected in the fragmentation of data accumulation, the absence of a single information complex for data accumulation, processing and analysis. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-31 Close
