Було проананалізовано причини виникнення конфліктів у закладах вищої освіти, типи студентів-конфліктерів, етапи та ознаки конфлікту, стратегії поведінки в конфлікті. Визначено поняття конфлікт та конфліктологічна компетентність, визначено структурні компоненти конфліктологічної компетентності. Підібрано методики для дослідження структурних елементів конфліктологічної компетентності (особистісний, когнітивно-операційний та мотиваційний), обґрунтовано та здійснено їх дослідження, яке засвідчило, що конфліктологічна компетентність вимагає цілеспрямованого розвитку. Бакалаврская работа посвящена изучению актуальной проблемы студенческо-преподавательских конфликтов в среде студент-преподаватель и развития конфликтологической компетентности студентов учреждений высшего образования в конфликтах с преподавателями. Было проананализовано причины возникновения конфликтов в учреждениях высшего образования, типы студентов-конфликтерив, этапы и признаки конфликта, стратегии поведения в конфликте. Определено понятие конфликт и конфликтологическая компетентность, определены структурные компоненты конфликтологической компетентности. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the relevant problem of student-teacher conflicts in the student-teacher environment and the development of conflictological competence of students of higher education institutions in conflicts with teachers. The causes of conflicts in higher education institutions, types of students in conflict, stages and signs of conflict, strategies of behavior in conflict were analyzed. The concepts of conflict and proneness to conflict competence are defined, the structural components of conflict competence are defined. Methods for research of structural elements of conflictological competence (personal, cognitive-operational and motivational) are selected, they are substantiated and their research is carried out. Which showed that conflictological competence requires focused development. Methods and models of conflict competence development are analyzed. The use of socio-psychological training for the development of conflictological competence in students of higher education is substantiated. The most effective psychological directions for the development of conflictological competence are selected. The use of neurolinguistic programming and art therapy for the development of conflict competence of students of higher education institutions is explained. The program of development of conflictological competence of students of higher education institutions by methods of neurolinguistic programming and art therapy is developed. Also, a partial approbation of this development program was carried out, the peculiarities of its implementation in the online mode were described, the stages of its implementation were analyzed, recommendations for the implementation of the conflictological competence development program in the online mode were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
