Розроблена веб-орієнтована система для збільшення рівня комфорту процесу вибору та оптимізації процесу замовлення товарів користувачами, а також збільшення рівня впізнаваності аптеки. The process of medicine sales in a pharmacy is investigated in this work. The creation of a web-based system to automate the sale of medicaments is justified. The advantages and basic requirements for the created system are given. The analysis of information flows and business processes of the enterprise is carried out.
