The problem of digitalization implementation in the Ukraine banking sector is investigated in the work. The author identified the consumer preferences of users of digital banking services based on the analysis of "Monobank" as a field of activity of "Universal Bank". The author also researched the methodological tools for substantiating the impact of digitalization on the efficiency of banking services and identified methodological principles for planning the strategic development of the banking business in a digital economy. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
