Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади здійснення оцінки фінансового стану банку та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо його поліпшення. Розкрито сутність підходів до визначення фінансової стійкості банків, досліджено фактори, що впливають на фінансову стійкість, вивчено основні види та методи оцінки фінансової стійкості. Здійснено огляд основних методик проведення аналізу фінансової стійкості банку України. Проведено оцінку показників достатності капіталу, показників ліквідності та прибутковості банку. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо зміцнення фінансової стійкості банку Assessing the resilience of banks is a pressing issue for both banking institutions, which should evaluate their partners and competitors, and for their customers, who evaluate the performance of banks on many criteria. Theoretical and methodological principles of assessing the financial condition of the bank and the development of practical recommendations for its improvement are considered. The essence of approaches to determining the financial stability of banks is revealed, the factors influencing financial stability are studied, the main types and methods of financial stability assessment are studied. A review of the main methods of analysis of the financial stability of the Bank of Ukraine. The capital adequacy indicators, liquidity indicators and bank profitability indicators were assessed.
