Незважаючи на наявність значної кількості наукових праць, дані правові дослідження вже не відображають останніх змін до законодавства, а тому є дещо застарілими. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the trademark is a special, unique object of intellectual property rights, a means of individualization of goods and services. Problems of use and protection of the trademark are a significant issue, as a necessary condition for effective economic development, increasing the level of competitiveness of products.
