Слід також зазначити, що відсутнє систематичне поглиблене вивчення форм захисту прав інтелектуальної власності у сфері ІТ та умов їх застосування, що, безумовно, не сприяє кращому розумінню цієї проблеми. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки системи захисту прав інтелектуальної власності, що склалася в Україні, загалом можна стверджувати, що ця система відповідає міжнародним стандартам, чого не можна сказати про систему захисту прав інтелектуальної власності. Більше того, ми маємо підстави вважати, що захист прав інтелектуальної власності у сфері ІТ на даний момент неефективний, а масштаби порушення прав інтелектуальної власності в Україні настільки великі, що до нашої країни вже застосовуються економічні санкції. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that, despite the presence of a significant number of scientific papers, the growing number of problems in the field of protection of intellectual property rights in the field of IT requires new solutions. It should also be noted that there is no systematic in-depth study of the forms of protection of intellectual property rights in the field of IT and the conditions of their application, which, of course, does not contribute to a better understanding of this problem. Despite some shortcomings of the system of protection of intellectual property rights that has developed in Ukraine, it can be generally stated that this system meets international standards, which cannot be said about the system of protection of intellectual property rights. Moreover, we have reason to believe that the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of IT is currently ineffective, and the scale of infringement of intellectual property rights in Ukraine is so large that economic sanctions are already applied to our country. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
