According to Article 3 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security are recognized as the highest social value. At the current stage of Ukraine's development, building a democratic state governed by the rule of law requires the development of effective mechanisms for the protection of human and civil rights, as well as the improvement of existing legal norms to combat crime. In modern socio-political conditions, there is a tendency to worsen the criminogenic situation, increase the level of serious crimes, among which a special place is occupied by crimes committed with weapons, this situation is also exacerbated by the Joint Forces operation in the east of our country. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
