The creation of an effective system of legal protection of intellectual property is perhaps the most important task today for the development of Ukrainian statehood. This is due to the rapid development of technology among the various types of results of human mental activity, namely in: scientific, artistic, industrial and so on. As for the photographic work as an object of copyright, it can be called one of the well-known and most popular types of images of the world around us with a wide range of uses in advertising, information, education, science, as well as in everyday life.
